Considered ideal for crafting, these pre-dried wood sheets of solid walnut are carefully resawn and sanded to a precise thickness. Perfect for laser cutting, they are commonly used in applications like box making, furniture restoration, intarsia, and marquetry. Unfinished, they are easily customizable with treatments such as varnish, stain, or paint. Supplied with an already smooth surface, these thin wood boards can also be used for steam bending and curved laminations.

As wood is a natural material the grain and colour will vary from sheet to sheet. As the wood is planed very thin please bear in mind that although every effort is made for the sheets to remain as flat as possible, changing temperatures and humidity levels can cause slight warping/ bends in the wood. These features are normal and due to it being a natural material, it is not a fault with the product.
