Sketch Laser Cutting is a full service laser cut design and manufacturing studio based in South Bermondsey, London. We offer laser cutting services to projects both large and small. Our staff can assist in creating a wide variety of products from formal briefs, inspiration boards or even a general idea, using either our house stock of materials, or those sourced by clients. We have extensive experience in the bridal, engineering, industrial design, fashion and craft industries and are always thrilled to meet new challenges.

Materials Sales:

We stock a large variety of laser cut ready materials for sale and for our design and production services. Our Timber range includes ply, MDF and exotic varieties, which are all available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. Our acrylic range includes a wide selection of finishes from gloss and clear to suspended gold flakes and pearlescent. We offer a masking service for customers looking to use their own laser cutter, and can cut to size.

Design:

In addition to our laser cutting services, our team are well trained in artwork development for signage, jewellery, paper cutting and garments. Previous projects have included custom wedding invitations, commercial lighting installations, business signage, electrical engineering control panels and drink coasters. We can assist and develop works of any scope and scale.

Production:

We can create products from either out in-house stock or from materials supplied from our clients. Our team can produce the components for assembly or assemble products to be shipped as completed works. This includes painting and varnishing, construction and assembly. Laser cutting wood could not be more ideal for intricate such as marquetry effects or sculpture.

We have experience in manufacturing and design realisation so can work with you to design, cut, assemble and finish your designs and deliver them to you fully finished. These services include (but are not limited to) painting and varnishing, signage and POS, jewellery assembly, architectural models, wedding stationary, homewares, packaging.

Please note: We cannot cut polyvinyl chloride (PVC) – when burnt it gives off poisonous and corrosive gasses which corrode our filters and makes us quite poorly!
